The Education Foundation of Alachua County Brings Back Its Guest Waiter Night

This fundraising event will be an opportunity for community members to meet the Foundation staff, talk with board members, and learn about the Foundation programs: Senior Scholarships, Take Stock in Children, and Catalyst for Change.

Guest Waiter Night is open to the public. Tickets are presale and anyone interested in attending can provide a $25 donation in advance to cover the cost of dinner. At the end of the evening in a separate transaction you are encouraged to leave a tip for your server that will benefit the Education Foundation’s programs.

The Education Foundation of Alachua County, Inc. is a 501(C)3 organization founded in 1986 whose mission is to invest in the future of Alachua County’s public school students. The foundation administers multiple programs including Take Stock in Children, Senior Scholarships, and Catalyst for Change Teacher Grants. The Education Foundation also supports teacher and employee recognition events as well as provides funding for staff development training.
