Butler Town Center is welcoming two exciting additions to its growing retail lineup. American Eagle Outfitters and Buckle have officially opened their doors, bringing even more fashion and lifestyle shopping options to Gainesville.

American Eagle opened earlier this month with a 6,200-square-foot store at 3596 SW 32nd Court, Suite 10, conveniently located across from its sister brand, Aerie. Known for its comfortable, trend-forward style, American Eagle offers a wide range of everyday essentials including denim, casual tops, graphic tees, outerwear, and accessories. The brand has built a loyal following thanks to its inclusive sizing, reliable fits, and focus on comfort without sacrificing style. With both American Eagle and Aerie now located at Butler Town Center, shoppers can easily browse both brands in one trip.

Just steps away, Buckle celebrated its Grand Opening on Monday, March 2 at 10 a.m. with a brand-new 6,000-square-foot store at 3630 SW 32nd Court, Suite 20. The retailer is known for its standout denim selection and wide assortment of fashion-forward apparel, footwear, and accessories for men and women.

Inside Buckle, shoppers will find more than 200 brands, including popular labels such as Free People, Sorel, Rock Revival, Oakley, Levi’s, Billabong, and HEYDUDE™. The store also features Buckle’s exclusive brands like BKE, Buckle Black, and Outpost Makers. With its mix of casual lifestyle apparel and western-inspired fashion, Buckle adds a distinctive new style presence to the Town Center.
