Newberry Welcomes New F-300 AgFoodTech Accelerator Cohort

The City of Newberry has announced the arrival of the F-300 Accelerator Spring 2026 Cohort, a group of four pioneering founders developing breakthrough solutions at the intersection of agriculture, technology, and sustainability.
This latest cohort reflects Newberry’s growing reputation as a hub for AgFoodTech innovation. The selected startups are addressing critical global challenges with forward-thinking technologies, including:
- Converting agricultural waste into biodegradable packaging solutions
- Creating biodegradable polymers that reduce agricultural runoff and water consumption
- Designing bio-inspired aerial vehicles capable of early crop disease detection
- Building autonomous drone ports and advanced drone systems to monitor and identify plant health issues
To celebrate their arrival, the City of Newberry hosted a welcome reception on Wednesday, March 11th, bringing together community members, local leaders, and ecosystem partners.
