Colliers has announced the successful closing of a 12-acre land transaction that will bring a new BJ’s Wholesale Club to the Winding Oaks master-planned development in Ocala, Florida.

The transaction, which marks a significant milestone for the rapidly growing Winding Oaks community, Jon Thomas of Colliers represented Matthew Development. The collaborative efforts of Matthew Development, The Kolter Group, Colliers and Boyd Real Estate ensured a seamless process from start to finish.

The addition of BJ’s Wholesale Club further enhances Winding Oaks’ position as one of Central Florida’s premier mixed-use destinations, combining residential, retail and recreational amenities in one vibrant location.
