Annual Butler Car Show Raised Thousands for Charity and Drew a Thousand Visitors

Butler Enterprises hosted the Fourth Annual International Car Show on Saturday, October 26th from 9 AM to 12 PM at Butler Town Center and raised $8,000 which benefited The Rotary Clubs of Gainesville Foundation, a local nonprofit located at 841 NE 118th Dr, Gainesville, FL 32641. The show featured close to 100 cars and motorcycles, from a 1946 Chevy Truck to a 1971 Harley Davidson Sportster. Entertainment was provided by The Medicine Show, they performed classic rock hits for all one thousand spectators.

2024 Title Sponsors included Presenting Platinum Sponsor Continental Imports, exclusively servicing European automobiles, Silver Sponsor Mirror Reflections Auto Spa, specializing in professional mobile auto detailing and ceramic coating, Silver Sponsor, Davis Gainesville, family-owned and operated new and used Chevrolet dealer, Bronze Sponsor Gatorland Toyota and BMW of Gainesville, a Gettel dealership and Bronze Sponsor Werkshop49, an automotive repair service specializing in German car care.

Car show food vendors included Nothing Bundt Cakes, Clean Juice, Rock N Roll Sushi, Firehouse Subs, Crumbl, Foxtail Coffee, Whole Foods, and 4Rivers Smokehouse. Alumni Hall provided Gator-branded koozies and Blue Gill opened early selling refreshing to-go drinks and select menu items. Sam’s Club provided pumpkins for donations to Gainesville Rotary. The Gainesville Sports Commission also donated Aquafina bottled water to all car show attendees.

Jadan Baugh, running back for the Florida Gators, made a special appearance at this year’s car show. Baugh greeted fans and showcased his Jeep Grand Cherokee Scat Pack. The Jadan Baugh meet and greet was sponsored by Greenhouse Financial.

Car show attendees voted for their favorites. The People’s Choice award went to the Porsche 911 Targa, for Best Motorcycle, the Harley-Davidson Trike was awarded, the Best American award was presented to the 2008 Corvette Z06, and the Best European award went to the Porsche 911 Turbo S. The inaugural Jadan Baugh Award was presented to the eye-catching lime green Lamborghini. The award winners won a dining experience with Jadan Baugh. P.F. Chang’s generously sponsored this exclusive dining experience.
