Fairway Bays to Open at Tioga Town Center

Fairway Bays, a locally owned and operated exclusive virtual golf club, is now under construction at Tioga Town Center. They will soon be located at 13085 SW 1st Lane, Suite 50, Newberry, FL 32669; directly next to Roots Salon, and across from Momentum Dance Arts.

Co-Owner and repeat entrepreneur, Stephen Courson, and his brother and Co-Owner, Zach Courson, were inspired to create a top-tier “third space” for their members. The “third space” concept, coined by sociologist Ray Oldenburg, refers to a welcoming gathering place outside of the home (first space), and work (second space), that are essential for community building, social connection, and well-being. Fairway Bays blends member-driven culture with cutting-edge golf technology, creating a private community where your game and your network both get better.

Fairway Bays will offer premium and limited memberships to their private, indoor, all-weather virtual golf lounge facility. Memberships will include exceptional benefits, such as monthly perks, no guest fees, and a set number of hours per month available for bookings with 24/7 access, 365 days of the year. This membership-only concept will also provide their guests with partnership benefits, including special access to pro-only events, tournament tickets, and other club-based events. With a large demand for golfing access, and change in the golfing industry as a whole, Fairway Bays will fill a void in the Gainesville, Jonesville, and Newberry area.

“We can sometimes get disconnected in today’s world,” said Stephen, “We really wanted to create something unique on this side of town, and appeal not only to golfers, but to our neighbors, colleagues and friends. We want Fairway Bays to be a place to gather, enjoy, and reconnect.”

In addition to individual memberships, Fairway Bays will also offer Corporate Sponsor opportunities, extending perks to employees and team members. Corporate Partners will also receive a dedicated bay with fantastic branding exposure for any business. Fairway Bays is currently building out their facility, in hopes of opening late 2025/early 2026. This will be Fairway Bays first location in the Greater Gainesville Region.
