Bosshardt Property Management, a division of Bosshardt Realty Services, LLC and a leader in property and community association management for over 35 years, has announced the acquisition and merger of Guardian Management, a well-respected community association management firm in Florida.

The merger positions the combined company as one of the largest locally owned community association management firms in the state, now overseeing 142 associations and more than 11,313 doors across North Central and Southwest Florida. “This merger is about more than growth—it’s about strengthening our commitment to the communities

we serve,” said Aaron Bosshardt, CCIM, CPM, Managing Member of Bosshardt Property Management. “We’re combining Guardian’s elite team with the operational scale, technology, and training of Bosshardt to provide an even higher level of service and support.” As part of the transition: Garry Griffin will serve as President of the newly combined company. Kelly Burch, a veteran community association manager, will transition into the role of CAM Manager, overseeing day-to-day CAM operations and training.

Tom Eaton will remain actively involved, continuing to manage his long-standing associations and client relationships.

Both Bosshardt and Guardian have built their reputations on professionalism, transparency, and responsiveness. The merger brings clients expanded access to a full suite of real estate solutions, including residential and commercial property management, professional maintenance, and brokerage services through Bosshardt Realty Services.
